About Billing

For an Accu-Chek To subscription: You will be billed for your first month’s box immediately upon signup for the Accu-Chek To experience. This date becomes your regular subscription billing date. Your card will be charged every one, two, three or six months, depending on your box schedule.

Please note: Once you place a subscription order, you might see a one-time charge of $0.01 on your bank or credit card statement. This authorization is used to make sure the card works.

For an Accu-Chek Essentials store order: You will be billed immediately.

You can update your profile and your billing information any time. Log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, choose My Account from the Profile menu to update your password or addresses; or choose Credit Cards from the Profile menu to update your card information. Click on the information you want to change, enter your new information, click Save. If you do not see this option in your account or need help, please send us an e-mail.

Please note: Save time on future orders by setting default shipping and billing addresses. You can also add addresses to your address book for future use.

It's easy! All it takes is two simple steps.

Step 1: Add the credit card
Once you’re logged in, choose Credit Cards from the Profile menu. Click Add Credit Card and fill in your info. When you’re done, click Save.

Step 2: Link the new credit card to your subscription
You can find the credit card for your subscription on the My Subscription page. Choose Subscription from the Profile menu. Click Modify Subscription, then select the new credit card from the Payment Information dropdown. When you’re done, click Save.

About Shipping

For an Accu-Chek To subscription: Your Accu-Chek To subscription box will arrive at your door every one, two, three or six months, depending on your box schedule. Your order will ship from our house to yours within 4 business days of your card being billed. Typically, orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they are shipped. You can see where your order is any time using the tracking information in the e-mail we send when your order ships.

For an Accu-Chek Essentials store order: Your order will be shipped within 4 business days of your card being billed. Accu-Chek Self-Check Diaries typically arrive 7 to 10 business days after they are shipped. All other non-subscription orders typically arrive 2 to 5 business days after they are shipped.

For an Accu-Chek To subscription: Accu-Chek To subscription boxes are shipped via FedEx.

For an Accu-Chek Essentials Store order: Accu-Chek Self-Check Diaries are shipped via First Class United States Postal Service. All other non-subscription orders are shipped via FedEx.

For an Accu-Chek To subscription: You will receive an e-mail once your order ships containing a FedEx package tracking number. Just follow the directions in the e-mail to track your package and find out more.

For an Accu-Chek Essentials store order: You will receive an e-mail once your order ships containing a package tracking number. Just follow the directions in the e-mail to track your package and find out more.

Please note: At this time, Accu-Chek Self-Check Diaries are shipped via First Class United States Postal Service and are not assigned a package tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 7 to 10 business days, please contact us.

Subscription boxes are sent as “no signature required.”

It’s easy! You can find the shipping address for your subscription on the My Subscription page. Once you’re logged in, choose Subscription from the Profile menu. Click Modify Subscription, then choose an address from the Shipping Address dropdown or choose Change Address and edit your address. When you’re done, click Save.

Please note: Subscription orders are shipped using the shipping address on the My Subscription page at the time your monthly order is automatically created. If your address needs to be changed, please make sure to update it or contact us with your new one at least one day before your monthly billing date.

About My Subscription

Depending on your box schedule, you will receive your order every one, two, three or six months. The Accu-Chek blood glucose test strips you selected will arrive in a box filled with an exciting mix of skincare, health, and lifestyle samples from brands you know and some you don’t yet know.

The samples are meant to introduce you to new products, expand discovery, and add a little joy into life. If you like a product and want to purchase the full size, visit THIS MONTH'S EXPERIENCE page to find the product you like and click the link to the manufacturer’s site. From there you can either purchase or find out where to purchase the full size product.

Your order will ship from our house to yours within 4 business days of your card being billed.

Typically, orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they are shipped. You can see where your order is any time using the tracking information in the e-mail we send once your order ships.

We’re not gonna tell you.

Seriously though, if you choose a box that contains Accu-Chek Aviva Plus test strips then of course we will include those. In addition to that, you will receive some other exciting product samples. We won’t tell you what exactly, as this adds to the excitement.

Not at this time. We are looking forward to the day when we can offer the Accu-Chek To experience to the whole world. For now, it is available only in the United States.

At this time, in order to provide the best possible box experience, we are only offering repeating subscriptions. In the future, we hope to make this option available.

You can access and update your profile any time after you create an account. From the home page, just click on the person icon. Then click on PROFILE.

Now, why would you want to do that?

If you insist though, subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Make sure to cancel before your billing date to prevent the next month's subscription charge from processing and that box from shipping. If you cancel on or after your billing date, your cancellation will take effect on the following cycle.

To cancel your subscription, just sign into your account, choose Subscription from the Profile menu and click on Cancel Subscription.

Please note: Subscription orders that are marked as In Process cannot be canceled. Your cancellation will take effect on the following cycle.

You also have the option to pause your subscription. This is a great feature that allows you to place your subscription on hold until you are ready to receive another subscription box. To pause your subscription, follow the same steps as above to access your subscription and then look for the Pause Subscription button. Once you have clicked this button, your subscription will be paused and you will not be billed until you reactivate. This option allows you to reactivate without having to set up a new account.

Please note: The option to pause your subscription is only available after you have been billed for your first box.

This is a great feature that allows you to place your subscription on hold until you are ready to receive another subscription box.

To pause your subscription, sign into your account, choose Subscription from the Profile menu and look for the Pause Subscription button. Once you have placed your subscription on pause, you will not be billed until you reactivate. This option allows you to reactivate without having to set up a new account.

When you are ready to reactivate your subscription, be sure to do so at least one day before your regular billing date to ensure you will receive that month’s shipment.

Please note: The option to pause your subscription is only available after you have been billed for your first box.

All sales are final and the products included in our Accu-Chek To subscription boxes are not eligible for return. If you are unhappy with your box and are a subscriber, you may cancel your subscription at any time. In the unlikely event that you received a defective product or are missing a product in your box, please contact us and we'll gladly do everything we can do to resolve the situation.

Please note: Please let us know of any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Here at Accu-Chek To, our goal is to offer you the most delightful discovery experience possible, along with an affordable price on your test strips. That's why we decided that shipping costs would be included at a flat rate. Even if you decide to move to a new city or state, your subscription box will move along with you; no surprises.

You can go to the THIS MONTH'S EXPERIENCE section to find the product you like and to see if an exclusive Accu-Chek To customer online coupon code is available. From This Month’s Experience section, click on the product you like to check for an online coupon code and then click Find Product. This will take you to that specific product’s website to purchase the full-size product.

Everyone is different, with unique needs and desires. We aim to pick those products that are all natural and healthy. BUT, we know that not every product will fit all.

About the Accu-Chek Essentials Online Store

At this time, any non-subscription items you purchase will be sent separately from an Accu-Chek To subscription order.

Accu-Chek Self-Check Diaries typically arrive 7 to 10 business days after they are shipped. All other non-subscription orders typically arrive 2 to 5 business days after they are shipped.

If you are unhappy with your non-subscription purchase, you may cancel your order within the cancellation period. After the cancellation period, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.

To cancel your order, call 800-816-4373 before 4 pm EST today. For orders placed after 4 pm EST, you have until 12 pm EST the next business day to cancel. After the cancellation period, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.
